The Missing Child

The Missing Child is an immersive interactive theatre experience exploring the instability of truth in the digital age. Combining projection mapping, physical interaction, live performance, and environmental storytelling, the project places audiences within a fragmented narrative surrounding the disappearance of a child. Through live news, manipulated media, and timely urgency, participants are encouraged to question not only what is “truth” but how truth itself is constructed, shared, and consumed.

Developed collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, the experience blends game design, immersive theatre, and interactive installation practices. My role focused on narrative design, lighting, props, and live performance. Using tools such as Unity, TouchDesigner, projection systems, and spatial interaction technologies, we created a reactive environment where audience choices and interpretations shaped the emotional experience of the work.

The project draws inspiration from contemporary media culture, online misinformation, folklore, and psychological horror, aiming to create an unsettling yet thought-provoking experience that blurs the boundary between observer and participant.
